KEEP ON
Impossible, they said
Never ever, not once, not here
Endless, they said
It keeps on going on
It'll never let you free
It just keeps on
Keeps turning, wheels rolling
It'll never end
It'll never let you free
Bad, they said
It's just nowhere
Just nothing, no hope, no end
No light, so why keep on trying?
Dream it, you said
You told them and you believed it
You wanted to believe it,
You tried so hard, you so needed it
So wanted to believe it,
And so you dreamed it
Balked at you
And told you nothing
Wouldn't let you in
Wouldn't let you see, wouldn't
Let you try, not even reach
But possible, you said,
And you believed it,
Just dream it, you told them
Just let me dream it, you said
I believe it
I won't let it keep me
Turning on, rolling nowhere,
Going nowhere, let me somewhere
Dream it, you said
And for once they believed it
Once, here, free
They told you at last
And so you kept on trying
And so you found the light
And so you reached it
It has let you free
